CRANE
SERVICE CRANE FOR SHIP
It is a cylinder installed on cranes used in VLCC, LNG, and LPG ships. Especially, it is mounted on cryogenic icebreakers for operation in the Arctic Ocean, so that it exhibits smooth required performance in cryogenic conditions.
KNUCKLE CRANE FOR OFFSHORE(FPSO,DRILL SHIP)
Luffing and folding hydraulic cylinders of pipe handling cranes mounted on marine plants and used for drilling operations are designed and constructed to reflect stringent quality requirements.
MULTI PURPOSE CRANE
It is a crane cylinder that is installed for multiple purposes on warships and coast guard ships. It is used for luffing and boom extension, and is designed and manufactured with an emphasis on corrosion of the marine environment.
TOWER CRANE
The cylinder is installed on the tower crane installed in shipyards and various construction sites. The cylinder is installed vertically, so the main operation is retraction, and it is designed and manufactured in consideration of the installation condition. It is mainly produced by applying rules such as API/ABS.

RISER TENSIONER

BURNER BOOM
It is a hydraulic cylinder for 90~180 degree rotation of the burner boom installed in drill ships, FPSOs, etc. It is designed to prevent corrosion in the marine environment, and the service life is also specially considered.
SPECIAL SHIP EQUIPMENT
A-FRAME
A-FRAME of 10 to 200 tons is used for underwater drop of working robots such as ROV Launching & Recovery and is intended for use at Sea state level 5 or lower. The cylinder installed in this equipment has various sensors attached to the inside of the cylinder according to the purpose of use and ensures corrosion resistance to maintain stable performance even during long hours of work.
BARGE JACK SYSTEM
It is a cylinder for up and down of the barge jack system used for offshore installation of wind power plants. It is closely related to safety and requires very high quality and reliability, and is designed and manufactured according to the jack-up rule of each classification.
DIVING MOONPOOL
It is a cylinder installed in the Diving Moonpool that is installed on the bottom of the ship so that ROV, PTC, and Diver can get it underwater. making it vulnerable to inflow/corrosion of sea water and is designed and manufactured according to these conditions of use.
WINCH SYSTEM
SPOOLING GEAR SYSTEM FOR HEAVY WINCH
It is a hydraulic cylinder installed in the spooling gear system for the purpose of aligning the wire alignment of 100ton ~ 850ton winch lifting capacity.
It is a high-precision product that maintains the wire tension and holds the winch drum at a constant speed under high load, so it is necessary to maintain the sensor inside the cylinder and the uniform cylinder output.
HYDRAULIIC SPRING UNIT FOR BREAK WINDLASS AND MOORING WINCH
It is a cylinder manufactured for the hydraulic release of Windlace & Mooring winch.
A disc spring is installed inside the cylinder to activate the band brake of the winch by the spring power. For semi-submersible drilling, the winch provides a spring unit for auto tension.
